This section describes configurations settings for Dispatch Console.

Setting ID	Setting Type	Default Value	Name and Details
SET005	Global	5	Specifies the default radius used to locate technicians or service teams for map-based visualizations. This setting affects only the display of results on the map. The unit of measurement (e.g., kilometers or miles) is determined by the value configured in setting DCON001 SET055.
SET048	Global	None	Defines the URL of the image used as the icon for Work Orders displayed on the Dispatch Console Map. This image visually represents Work Orders on the map interface.
SET049	Global	None	Defines the URL of the image used as the icon for Service Team displayed on the Dispatch Console Map. This image visually represents Service Team on the map interface.
SET055	Global	Miles	Specifies the unit of measure (e.g., kilometers or miles) used for plotting locations on the map within the Dispatch Console. This setting determines how distances are calculated and displayed on the map interface.
SET071	Global	True	Enables the Map feature in the Dispatch Console and activates geocoding for Work Order and Technician addresses in OptiMax. When set to True, the system uses Google Maps API calls to perform geocoding and render map-based visualizations.
