Advanced Technician Search
You can filter technicians based on multiple criteria match with work order attributes (MCTM – Multi Criteria Technician Match). This helps find the best matching technicians for the job.
The criteria available for matching are listed below:
• List of Skills from work order Skill Set, to be matched with technicians’ Expertise
• Work order’s Product, to be matched with technicians’ Products Serviced
• Technicians matched on Technician Eligibility criteria
• Technicians pool determined on Technician Constraints defined for the work order
Separate searches are performed for each criteria type, configured weights are applied, and the results are aggregated from each separate search, and presented as a ranked results set.
