To match multiple attributes of technician with those of work order, you need to define several configurations and ensure set up of required master and transaction data, based on your business requirements. This section provides the list of these prerequisites:

Skill Match Rules, to identify the set of required and optional skills for different categories of work orders.
• Define the
Expertise and Product for technicians, with appropriate skill levels and coverage dates for expertise.
• Define
Work Order Resources, to specify mandatory, prohibited, or preferred technicians for the work order.
