Separate searches are performed for each criteria type, and the results are aggregated from each separate search, and presented as a ranked results set.

This means that the results are a union of the searches for Skills matches AND Product Expertise matches AND Eligibility matches AND Technician Constraints. A match of all the applicable search attributes returns a 100% match.

Weighting and ranking are applied for each criteria, based on global configuration settings under module OptiMax, submodule Dispatch Calculations.
