Configuration Settings
The group setting
SET067 (Enable Advanced Technician Search (MCTM) in Dispatch Console) under module Dispatch Management and submodule Dispatch Console Flex determines whether the advanced technician search buttons are displayed in Dispatch Console or not. By default, this setting is set to True, and hence the advanced technician search buttons are displayed.
The following global settings under module Dispatch Management and submodule Dispatch Console Flex are used in match % calculation:
• SET077: Weighted value for matching technician’s skill expertise to a work order
• SET078: Weighted value for matching technician’s product expertise to a work order
• SET079: Weighted value for matching technician’s eligibility to a work order
• SET080: Weighted value for matching preferred or required technician to a work order
If any of the above setting is set to 0, the corresponding tab will not be displayed in Advanced Search Control Panel and the search attribute will not be considered for Advanced Technician Search. Note that there must be at least one weight value set to a non-zero value to use the Advanced Technician Search feature.
