Viewing Dependency Group Records
After you add the first task dependency to a Work Plan or Work Order, a Dependency Group record is automatically created for the Work Plan template or Work Order. You can view and manage Dependency Group records using the Dependency Management tab. Note that the Work Order or Work Plan template is associated with only one Dependency Group record.
The Dependency Group record includes Work Order Dependencies records created for each dependencies added within Work Plan template or Work Order.

Viewing Dependency Group Record for a Work Plan Template
The Dependency Group record name created for a Work Plan template is in the format “DG–Work Plan Name”.
To view the Dependency Group record for a Work Plan template:
1. From the Home page, go to the Dependency Management tab.
The Dependency Management page is displayed with the list of Dependency Group records.
2. Click a Dependency Group Number related to the Work Plan template. For example, DG-Annual Comprehensive Plan.
3. Go to the Related tab.
The Related tab lists the Work Order Dependency records created for each task dependencies configured in the Work Plan template.
Viewing Dependency Group Record for a Work Order
The Dependency Group record name created for a Work Order is in the format “DG–Work Order Name”.
To view a Dependency Group record:
1. From the Home page, go to the Dependency Management tab.
The Dependency Management page is displayed with the list of Dependency Group records.
2. Click a Dependency Group Number to open the record.
3. Go to the Dependency Manager tab.

4. Under Manage Dependencies, select the Work Order from the drop-down for which you want to manage dependencies.
Dependencies between tasks under the General and related Service Products section are displayed.
