Supported Authorization
Before adding an OAuth connection, ensure that you follow the steps provided in Obtaining Client Id and Client Secrets for Zendesk.
Authorize Zendesk
Zendesk authorization has to be done for each Zendesk connector action. To authorize the Zendesk connector, do the following:
1. In the Authorize Zendesk field, select Add new Zendesk login. The ThingWorx Flow User Authorization window opens.
2. In the Parameters section, enter your Zendesk Subdomain name.
For example, if your Zendesk portal URL is, then enter myzen in the Subdomain field.
3. In the Set Access section, review the access permissions, and then click ALLOW.
4. Enter the user name and password, and then click Sign in.
5. In the Add Authorization window, rename the Authorization Label, if needed, and then click ADD.
Click TEST to validate the authorization.
