Create User
Use this action to create a new user.
Using the Create User Action
To use this action in your workflow, connect it to ThingWorx Flow. To connect to the flow, do the following:
1. Drag the Create User action under the Zendesk connector to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click or double-click the action. The Create User action window opens.
2. Edit the label name, if needed. By default, the label name is same as the action name.
3. To add a new authorization, refer to the section Authorize Zendesk in the Zendesk connector topic.

If you previously added an authorization for Zendesk, select an authorization from the list.
4. In the Name field, enter the name of the user that you want to create.
5. In the Only Private Comments list, select true if you want to create only private comments or select false.
6. In the Suspended field, select true if you want to suspend the agent or select false.

If the agent is suspended, tickets from suspended users are also suspended, and users cannot sign in to the end user portal.
7. In the Agent Restricted field, select false if agent has any restrictions; false for admins and unrestricted agents or select true for other agents or select true.
8. Click + to view the additional fields, and then enter the details that follow:
Email—Email address of the user.
Alias—Alias name that is to be displayed to the end user.
Phone Number—Primary phone number of the user.
External ID—Enter the unique ID for the user you want to create.
Verified—Select true if you want to create users without sending out a verification email.
Select Locale ID and Time Zone for the users.
Signature—Enter the signature of the user.

Only agents and administrators can have the access to signature.
Enter the Details and Notes about the user.
Organization ID—Select or specify the ID of the organization that you want the user to be associated with.
Role—Select the role of the user. For example, Agent.
Custom Role ID—Select or specify the ID of the custom role that you want to associate with the user such as Chat-only Agent.
Moderator—Select whether the user has forum moderation capabilities.
Ticket Restriction—Select which tickets the user has access to. For example, Organization or Groups.
Click Add and enter Tags.
To enter multiple tags, click Add.
User Custom Fields—Click Add then enter following details:
Field Key—Enter the name of the field that you want to add.
For information about user custom fields, see User Custom Field Values.
Field Value—Enter the value for the specified field name.
To enter multiple user custom fields, click Add.
9. Click Done.
