Get Users
Use this action to retrieve the details of some or all users.
Using the Get Users Action
To use this action in your workflow, connect it to ThingWorx Flow. To connect to the flow, do the following:
1. Drag the Get Users action under the Zendesk connector to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click or double-click the action. The Get Users action window opens.
2. Edit the label name, if needed. By default, the label name is same as the action name.
3. To add a new authorization, refer to the section Authorize Zendesk in the Zendesk connector topic.

If you previously added an authorization for Zendesk, select an authorization from the list.
4. In the Get Users field, select one of the following criteria that you want to apply to filter the users:
All—Retrieves all the users associated with the authorized Zendesk account.
Group—Select or specify the ID of the group to retrieve the users associated with it.
User Role—Select the user role filter by which you want to filter the users such as Agent.
Organization—Select or specify the ID of the organization to retrieve the users associated with it.
User IDs—Select or specify the ID of the user to retrieve its details.
External IDs—Enter a comma-separated list of external IDs to retrieve the users associated with them.
Using Search String—Specify a keyword that you want to filter the users by. You can enter a partial or full name or an email address such as Flow User.
If you do not apply any filters, all organizations are returned.
5. Click Done.
