About ServiceMax and Salesforce Connected Conversations
To effectively complete your work, you often need to connect in real time with people, knowledge, and resources. To streamline work order completion, Zinc can be fully integrated with ServiceMax to engage all team members in real-time Conversations about ServiceMax work orders, accounts, and installed products. When issues arise, you can easily send photos or videos and get your questions answered quickly by teammates and support staff. After work order completion, full Conversation history is available for review, analysis, and customer-success initiatives via quick links in ServiceMax and search in Zinc.
Zinc Mobile and Zinc Desktop support universal deep links. You can start Conversations about any ServiceMax object from within Zinc. When Zinc is embedded in ServiceMax, you can click a custom button or link in the ServiceMax UI to automatically open the Zinc mobile or web app and start or join a Conversation related to any work order, installed product, account, or contact. Zinc mobile and web apps are supported.
