Sending Files

You can easily send files to your teammates from your Zinc mobile and desktop apps. The following file formats are supported:

• .pdf

• .csv

• .doc

• .docx

• .ppt

• .pptx

• .xls

• .xlsx

• .txt

• .md

• .xml

• .json

You can send files of up to 150 MB, which is approximately 30 seconds of video taken on a mobile device.

To send files:

• Do any of the following:

◦ In Zinc Mobile or Zinc Desktop, within a Conversation, tap or click Files (

), and then select the file you want to send.

You can send files stored on your local device or computer, or from your connected file-sharing accounts.

◦ In Zinc Desktop, drag and drop any file into your current Conversation.
