Managing Groups Settings
For each Official Group, you can update various settings, including the Group name and Folder location, invitation links, and Clear settings.
To update these settings, you must have the Organization Admin role or be assigned admin rights over the Official Group you want to modify.
To update Groups settings:
1. On the Official Groups tab, click a Group name, and then to the right of the Group title, click Settings.
2. On the Group Settings page, update any or all of the fields as follows:
Field
Value
Group Name
Name for the Official Group
Folder
Folder location for the Official Group (if applicable)
Restricted editing
Select to restrict Official Group name and membership edit rights to admins
Invitation link
Enable or reset the invitation link for the Official Group
Clear
Time interval after which Messages are automatically deleted
