Creating a Bot
You can create a Bot in any Official Group over which you have admin rights. If you have the Organization Admin role, you can create Bots in any Official Group in your Organization, and if you have the Team Admin or Broadcaster role, you can create Bots in the Official Groups to which you are assigned as the admin. You can remove Bots from your Official Groups at any time.
To create a Bot:
1. On the Official Groups tab, click the name of the Official Group to which you want to add a Bot, and then on the summary page, to the right of the Group name, click Settings.
2. On the Group Settings page, in the Notification Bots section, click Add Notification Bot (), and then click Copy Email.

The first Bot created for an Official Group has a default name and avatar that matches that of the Group. You can change the name and avatar as needed.
3. Use the generated email address you copied to sign up for email notifications from relevant web sites and services that you want to send to the Official Group as Messages, such as weather alerts.
4. To remove a previously created Bot, in the Notification Bots section, to the right of the Bot title and email address, click Remove ().
