About Admin Tiers
Your Zinc admin access and privileges in the Administrative Console vary depending on your admin tier. Zinc has the following admin tiers:
• Organization Admin: This top-tier administrator role allows you to perform the following tasks to control all aspects of your organization:
◦ Add and remove users and grant or revoke admin privileges for other admin tiers.
◦ Create and manage Folders and Official Groups.
◦ Send and manage Broadcasts and manage Broadcast Lists.
◦ Add notification bots to Official Groups.
◦ View analytics across your Organization.

You can be an Organization Admin for more than one Organization.

• Team Admin: This second-tier admin role allows you to control only the specific Official Groups, Folders, and Broadcasts to which you are assigned or that you create within your Organization. You cannot manage Official Groups and Folders managed by other Team Admins or Organization Admins unless you are granted access.
• Broadcaster: This tier allows you only to manage and send Broadcasts that you create.
• Analyst: This tier allows you only to view analytics reports.
Admins can perform various actions based on their assigned admin tier.
