Working With List Views
When you work with list views that include a very large number of records, you can filter the data to show a subset of the information. When you save filters and use them to create or modify list views In Max Designer, the new or updated views appear in Service Board. You can define which list views appear as defaults in Max Designer, and the same defaults are reflected in Service Board. To save time when you work with list views in Max Designer and Max Admin, you can directly edit field values in table cells without opening the associated object record.
To make data management faster and easier, you can use the Mass Update feature to update field values in large numbers of records of the same type. This can save significant time in cases where, for example, you want to assign shift plans to a filtered list of resources. You can also use Mass Update to add or remove fields from large numbers of views. Additionally, you can export list view data to comma-separated value (.csv) files for further analysis with third-party tools.
