Removing Events
To remove an Event:
1. In the Scheduler tab, on the Calendar, select the Event you want to delete, and then click Delete Event.
2. In the confirmation dialog, click Delete.

For recurring Events, a dialog box appears with options to delete only this occurrence, this and all following occurrences, or all occurrences in the series.
When Resources are deactivated in Salesforce, Events related to the Resource must be manually deleted. Resource deletion is not recommended in Salesforce. However, you can deactivate a technician by clearing the Active checkbox in the associated Technician record.
