Multiple-Resource Validations
When you use the Manage Multiple Resources option, the following validation messages can sometimes appear.

Use Manage Multiple Resources for a Job in New status.
Job xxxxx does not have related appointments.
Use Manage Multiple Resources for a Job assigned to a Crew.
The related job has open crew assignment and cannot be assigned to multiple resources.
Edit a Crew Appointment and select the Primary Resource check box.
Failed to update appointment: Primary resource is not applicable to jobs assigned to crews.
Edit a Job assigned to multiple Resources and clear the Multi-Resource check box.
Multi-resource field cannot be unset when there are multiple open appointments related to the job.
In the Edit Appointment dialog box, clear the Primary Resource check box.
A job must have a primary resource. To unset the current resource as primary for a multi-assigned job, please select another appointment related to the same job and designate that resource as the new primary resource.
In the Scheduler Calendar below the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar, assign a Job to a Resource already assigned to that Job.
The job is already assigned to the resource.
Use Manage Multiple Resources on Jobs in Closed or Canceled status.
Job xxxx is already Closed and cannot be assigned to multiple resources.orJob xxx is already Canceled and cannot be assigned to multiple resources.
Concurrently edit the same Appointment in the Multi-Resource Assignment Calendar and in Service Board Admin(requires Service Board Administrator role).
Failed to update Appointment: Another user has updated the same record. Please save your changes locally, reload the record to get the latest data, and reapply your change
