Work Order attributes can be matched with Technician attributes, to determine the list of technicians eligible to a service work order. Technician Eligibility Rules can be configured for this purpose. These are configured to work on qualifying work orders. They match the configured work order attributes / static values to the paired Technician attributes, for the technicians who belong to the same territory as the work order’s Primary Territory.
