Evaluating Eligibility
Eligibility is a boolean match and matches those technicians who match the rules defined in the Eligibility tab of Advanced Search Control Panel. The match score for each matched technician in this case will be the value of configuration setting SET079.

If you have any technician eligibility rules configured, all the rules for which the work order qualifies are displayed in the Eligibility tab of Advanced Search Control Panel. Additionally, you can also add more eligibility criteria by clicking the Add button in the screen.
