Match % for each technician is calculated as ( Total score / Max score) * 100, where:

The match % is rounded to the nearest ten. For example, if match % is 33, it will be rounded to 30% and if match % is 67, it will be rounded to 70%. If one or more search attributes are not included (either tab is hidden or the Include checkbox is unchecked), score for the excluded search attribute is ignored for match % calculation. Total score and match % are calculated considering only the included search attributes.

For example, if only Technician Constraints and Product Expertise are included, a technician who matches both these attributes will be returned and listed with a match % of 100, and a technician who matches only one of the attributes will have a match % of 50.
