Adding Wizards for an Object
You can view the list of wizards configured for the selected object by clicking the object name in the Wizard list. For each of the objects, a wizard can be added. By using the Wizard Type picklist, you can further refine the list of standard or custom wizards. Moreover, you can look for a specific wizard by using the search bar.
To add a wizard for an object
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup Service Flow Manager Wizards. The Lightning Wizard Designer list view page is displayed.
2. Click Add Object. The Select Object pop-up window is displayed.
3. Select an object using the radio button or search for the specific object using the search bar and click Select. The Wizards page is displayed for the selected object with Active and Inactive Wizards tabs.
4. Click Add Wizard to associate a wizard with an object. The Wizard Properties window is displayed.
5. Enter the details for the fields as described in the following table and click Apply. The new Wizard is added in the Active tab section.
Fields
Description
Wizard Name
Enter a user-friendly name for the wizard. Generally, the wizard title represents the business process, such as Paid Repair or Warranty Service. This is displayed in the Wizard Delivery screen in the browser, and ServiceMax Go for Windows application. The Wizard Name is displayed in the Action menu section title in other mobile apps.
Wizard ID
Enter a unique ID for the wizard using alphanumeric and underscore characters.
Description
Enter a detailed description of the wizard. This is displayed by hovering over the wizard name in the SFM Wizard Delivery screen in the browser.
Criteria To Display Wizard. Blank to Always Display.
Select criteria from the Select Expression lookup search results that a record must match for the wizard to be displayed in the SFM Wizard Delivery screen and mobile apps. For more information, see Criteria to Display Wizard.
Profiles - Wizard will be shown to selected profiles
Search for a specific profile using the Search bar. Alternatively, you can give permissions to one or more ServiceMax group profiles by moving the applicable profiles from left to right.

SFM Wizards not assigned to any ServiceMax profile are always available to all users.
To display only ServiceMax profile-specific SFM Wizards on the record page, set the global setting SET004 to True. For more information, see Module Service Flow Wizard - Submodule Service Flow Wizard Delivery.
Copy profile permissions from
You can copy permissions from another wizard by choosing the wizard name from the list at the bottom. If you do not associate a wizard with any ServiceMax group profile, that wizard will be accessible to all ServiceMax users.

When you perform this action, any existing selections will be removed, and profiles from the selected wizard will be added to the Selected Profiles list.
6. Click Save to save the changes to the wizard and the wizard sequence.
