Criteria To Enable This Step | Select the criteria that a record must match for the wizard button (or Actions menu item in mobile apps) to be enabled. | If a record does not match the criteria, the wizard button (or Actions menu item) is disabled. If this field is blank, the wizard step is always enabled. Wizard step criteria can be newly created/edited/selected, similar to the wizard criteria. | ||

Icon Name - Overrides default | Select an icon for the wizard step from the Select Icon lookup search results and click Apply. | |||
Handover | Select this check box if the Wizard Delivery engine should automatically invoke the next wizard step as per the sequence defined after the process associated with the current wizard step is executed successfully. | This attribute is available only if the current wizard step type is SFM. Display Record on Save | This property allows the admin to redirect the user to the source record on new record creation using the SFM. By doing this, the user can continue with the usual business flow and avoid performing additional searches and clicks to return to the source record. The following options are available: • None: This is the default value for this property. When this option is selected, the existing behavior continues which is to redirect the user to the target record. • Source Parent Record: When this option is selected the user is redirected to the source record. • Target Parent Record: When this option is selected the user is redirected to the target record. | This property is supported for SFM of types Source to Target All and Standalone Create only. For example, consider an SFM of type source to target all to Create a Work Order from Case. Here the Work Order is the target object and the Case is the source object. Now, according to the default behavior, after the Work Order record is created from Case the user is redirected to the Work Order record. Handover On Target Record - Select Wizard | This field is displayed only if the Handover checkbox field is enabled and the Display Record on Save field is set to Target Parent Record. Select Template at Runtime | If you have selected Output Document as the step type, select this checkbox if the Wizard Delivery engine should present the user with the list of all the available and complete SFM transactions of type Output Documents. The user can then dynamically select any output document from this list to generate the report. When this checkbox is selected for Output Document, then the Title is changed to Default title for output doc and Description is changed to Default desc for output doc. | This is supported in-browser only and not in any mobile app in the ServiceMax suite. |
You can use the Remove option available for each wizard step row to remove the wizard step. The step is removed from the wizard and the properties are deleted. |
