This section describes how you can use the SFM Wizard Designer to configure and manage SFM wizards, design their layouts, and make them available to the required group of ServiceMax users.

When the org instance is Salesforce Classic, the Wizard Designer is launched in Classic experience and when the org instance is Salesforce Lightning, the Wizard Designer is launched in Lightning experience.
