About Work Order Context Menu
You can invoke the Work Order context menu by clicking the right arrow displayed on hovering over the Work Order Number of any record.

On hovering over any work order, color used for highlighting is based on a user setting (Configure Coloring of Work Order Grid).

• Manage Multiple Assignments opens a new window, which enables scheduling of a work order to multiple technicians and do block edits/deletes of existing events.
• Show Record option opens the work order record in a new browser window.
• Unassign this Work Order removes the current assignment (Service Team & Technician) and events, after prompting for confirmation.
• View Scheduled Violation Details displays the violation table with one row per violation for the selected work order.
• Ranked Appointment Booking option opens Appointment Booking window listing all the available appointments of relevant technicians from Schedule Optimization engine, to schedule the work order.
