About Unassign this Work Order
When you click the Work Order Context menu option Unassign this Work Order, following actions take place:
• Events associated with the work order are deleted.

Past events are removed only if global configuration setting SET024 is True.

• Work Order Dispatch Status is set to New.
• Work Order Scheduled Date Time is set to null.
• Work Order field Locked By DC is set to false (unchecked), if global configuration setting SET022 is True.

Work Order's Owner field remains unchanged on unassign. It can be changed only by assigning it to another technician associated with a Salesforce User.
