About Show Record
The Show Record option opens the Work Order record using its Salesforce page layout, in a new browser window. It allows you to view and edit work order. Following are the key points to note about this window:
• This window is not closed when Dispatch console is closed.
• If any updates are made to a work order from this window, they are not reflected in the Dispatch Console Work Order Grid until the next automatic or manual refresh.
• Sharing Settings are applied in this window.
