As a Customer Support Executive, Planner, or a Back Office Manager, you can manage the work plans added to work orders, ensuring that correct work plans and tasks are assigned and executed for the work order.
To be able to add, view, and manage works plans from work orders, the administrator must
add the Work Plan LWC component to the Work Order object
