Managing Recommended Tools
The Tools modal window displays the list of tools recommended for the work plan. You can use this list as reference for preparing your service work.
Using this modal window, you can confirm if you have used any of the recommended tools and also update if the quantity recommended and actual quantity of the tool used is different. This information helps the back office do a better inventory planning.
To manage tools for the work plan:
1. Navigate to the work plan for which you want to manage tools.
2. Click Tools.
The Tools modal window is displayed, with all the tools recommended in the work plan.
3. Mark the Tool Used checkbox if a tool is used and update the quantity used in the QTY column if it is different from the recommended quantity.
4. Click Save to save the updates.
