Memory type (dictionary item)

A Memory Type specifies the Speed of a linked Memory item, and whether the linked Memory item is Dual Ported, Persistent and Writeable.
You can create a Memory Type through the context menu of a Package: right-click the Package, and select New > Proprietary > System Architecture Model > Memory Type.
In the Modeler panes, a short-cut symbol on the Memory Type's icon indicates that the item is a stub.

Properties
In addition to the standard properties, a Memory Type has these properties:
Dual Ported (Is Dual Ported through the automation interface)
Persistent (Is Persistent through the automation interface)
Speed
Writeable (Is Writeable through the automation interface)
Owned by
Owns
Dependency —The Dependency is owned jointly by the Memory Type and the other associated item. The access permissions you have to a Dependency are determined by the access permissions of the dependent item.
