About the Design Explorer
A design is a series of schematic diagrams. Each design includes a series of folders and an Internal Catalog which can be linked to a Central Catalog. The design folders contain schematic diagrams. Use the Design Explorer to create, view, and manage all design folders and their contents.
In an open design, click Diagramming > Design Explorer to open the Design Explorer. Select a folder or sheet from the Folders tree or sheet list:
• —Opens the selected sheet.
• —Creates a new folder.
• —Creates a new sheet.
• —Cuts the selected item.
• —Copies the selected item.
• —Pastes a copied item to the selected folder.
• —Links the selected item.
• —Deletes the selected item.
• —Displays the Properties dialog box for the selected item.
Click the Details check box to display a table of design sheet details: Name, Description, Diagram Type, Location set, Seq Num, Start Column, and id.
