To Set Sheet Parameters
1. Click Diagramming > Design Explorer.
2. In the Folders area, select the folder that contains the sheet for which you want to configure parameters.
3. From the design sheet list, select the sheet and click , or right-click and choose Properties from the shortcut menu. The Sheet Properties dialog box opens.
4. Set the following options:
Name—Type a meaningful sheet name.
Description—Type a meaningful description.
Location set—Click and select a location set from the Select location set dialog box.
Diagram type—Select the type from the Diagram type box to set the Catalog Explorer diagram display type.
Type—Click Set and select the sheet type for the report tool from the Select type dialog box.
5. Add any additional sheet parameters:
a. Click Add. The Parameter Selector dialog box opens.
b. Select a parameter from the list and click Apply.
c. Repeat the selection as required, and then click OK. The Parameter Selector dialog box closes.
6.  Set parameter values:
a. Select a parameter from the list and type a value in the Value box, or click Choose to select a value from a list of global parameter values.
b. Click to set the parameter value, or click to revert to the previous value.
c. Select a parameter and click Unset to remove the parameter value.
d. Select a parameter and click Remove to delete it.
e. Select a parameter and click Add to Value List to add the parameter value to the Select a string list.
7. Click OK.
