Authors can create approval workflows to route procedures to managers and administrators for approval. Once all required approvals are obtained, the procedure is automatically published and available for viewing.

Approval workflows also help preserve records of approvals for future reference and audits. You can assign approvers from the DETAILS tab of a procedure.
