The ThingWorx Flow Dashboard
Logging in to ThingWorx Flow displays the ThingWorx Flow dashboard. From this page, you can perform the following activities:
Manage workflows, connectors, triggers, and custom actions.
Monitor ThingWorx Flow activity logs.
Access ThingWorx Composer.
Access the ThingWorx Flow and ThingWorx Help Center.
Log out of ThingWorx Flow.
The table provides a description of the various components of the ThingWorx Flow dashboard:

Workflows
Under Management, click WORKFLOWS to display all workflows associated with your ThingWorx Flow account.
The following table provides a description of the actions that are available for users on this page:

Click to arrange the workflows in a list, or click to arrange the workflows in a grid.

Every saved workflow has a workflow tile. Every workflow tile displays the name of the workflow and the date on which it was last modified. If you see on a workflow tile, it denotes that an action in the workflow is not configured completely.
For information about the tasks that you can perform from a workflow tile, see Managing existing workflows.
Connectors
Under Management, click CONNECTORS to display all connectors that you have created, grouped by third-party name alphabetically. You have access to all connectors that are created by you. You cannot see any connector that has been created by another user, even if it is shared with you.
Click next to a connector name to access various actions that are available for the connector.

Hover over to display the connector type. For example: OAuth (Named User) or Windchill Basic.

Test the connector against the external system to check if it is valid.

Edit the connector.

Share—Share a connector so that other users can use it in new triggers or actions, or configure existing triggers or actions to use the connector. Shared connectors are denoted by .
Other users can use this shared connector in existing triggers and actions, including using this connector to lookup data from the external system. However, other users cannot view or edit details of the connector.
Stop Sharing—Stop sharing the connector so that other users cannot use it in new triggers and actions or configure existing triggers and actions to use the connector.
If you try to execute a workflow with a shared connector that is no longer shared with you, the workflow execution fails.

Delete the connector.
You cannot delete connectors that are used in any workflow. If you want to delete a connector that is used in any workflow, you must remove the connector from the workflow. For more information about deleting a connector from the workflow, see Workflow settings.

Switches the authorization type for the selected connector. For example, you can switch the connector type from Basic to OAuth (Named User). The connector name remains the same. When you switch from one connector type to another, as per the connector type, you must provide correct credentials and grant access to appropriate scopes.
Any existing workflows that use this connector automatically start using the new switched connector.
This option is displayed only if the third-party service supports more than one connector type.
For example, to switch from Windchill Basic to Windchill OAuth (Named User), do the following:
1. Click next to the Windchill Basic connector name, and click Switch.
2. In the Switch Connector window, select Windchill OAuth (Named User).
3. Enter the correct credentials and grant access to the appropriate scopes.
4. Click ADD.
You cannot modify the value of the Connector Label field.

Indicates that the imported connector is incompletely configured.

Indicates the connector name and Oauth provider name.
In this example, the connector name is BoxOAuth and the OAuth provider name is in parenthesis, Box.

Indicates that you have shared the connector with other users.
Triggers
Under Management, click TRIGGERS to display all triggers associated with your ThingWorx Flow account. You have access to all triggers that are created by you. Triggers created by other users do not appear.
Click next to a trigger name to access various actions that are available for the trigger.

You cannot delete triggers that are used in any workflow. If you want to delete a trigger that is used in any workflow, you must remove the trigger from the workflow.

Custom Actions
Under Management, click CUSTOM ACTIONS to display all custom actions in the ThingWorx Flow system. Custom actions are not owned by individual users, so all custom actions created by all users appear here.
Click next to a custom action name to access various actions that are available for the custom action.

When you add a custom action to a workflow, a copy of the action is created and associated with the workflow. When you delete a custom action, any workflows that are using the action continue to work. However, you cannot add that custom action to any other workflow.
Activity Logs
Under Monitoring, click ACTIVITY LOGS to display the activity logs of workflows in your ThingWorx Flow system.

In the Activity Logs table, each workflow execution has its own row, with the most recently executed workflow on top.
This page provides the following details:
Date and time of workflow execution
Workflow name
ThingWorx Thing name
Workflow execution details
User that executed the workflow
Status of workflow execution
Detailed log of workflow execution
A link to view the workflow
You can perform the following tasks on the Activity Logs page:
To sort the activity log by date-time or name in ascending or descending order, click or .
To view detailed information about a specific workflow execution, click View Log. The log details appear as shown in the following figure:
To view the workflow, click VIEW WORKFLOW.
To stop a running workflow, click STOP WORKFLOW.
To enable automatic refreshing of activity logs, click next to Auto refresh logs. The list of logs refreshes every minute. By default, Auto refresh logs is disabled.

You can perform the following tasks on the Activity Logs page:
Use the search fields to search for a workflow by name, thing name, user, and the time period of workflow execution.
To sort the activity log by date-time or name in ascending or descending order, click or .
To view detailed information about a specific workflow execution, click View Log. The log details appear as shown in the following figure:
To view the workflow, click View Workflow.
To stop a running workflow, click STOP WORKFLOW.
