Personalizing Zinc
After you download, install, and sign into Zinc, you can personalize your experience in various ways.
• To make it easier for your teammates to identify you, you can add a profile photo.
• To share your availability or location details with colleagues, you can create status messages that appear next to your name in the Zinc UI.
• To stay informed of new Messages, you can customize the way you receive push and audio notifications on your mobile device.
• At times when you need to focus on important priorities during or after working hours, you can use Do-Not-Disturb mode to disable push notifications during specific dates and times.
• To quickly see and respond to Hotline requests, you can enable high-visibility notifications on your Zinc desktop and web apps.
• To safely use your device while driving or busy with hands-on tasks, you can use Hands-Free mode to hear your Messages and send Messages with your voice.
