Getting Started With Zinc
Zinc is an all-mode mobile application built specifically for enterprises that allows deskless workers to communicate in the following modes:
Video
Voice
Messaging
Hands-Free
Content Sharing
Zinc also offers a desktop application that supports all of these communication modes. Users can also use the desktop application to control and drive important Messages through Broadcasts from executive teams to the field. The Administrative Console easily allows administrators to provision user access to features and options, identify which users are conducting Conversations with one another, and configure a hierarchy of Organizations and Official Groups to support efficient cross-team communication.
To get started using Zinc, you first download and install the application on your devices. After you take a bit of time to familiarize yourself with the Zinc UI, you can personalize your experience by adding your photo and phone number, enabling notifications per your needs, and performing other tasks such as creating status messages and synching your calendar. After you set Zinc up per your preferences, you can start communicating with your teammates.
