Creating Group Conversations
You can create and name new Group Conversations in all Zinc client apps.
To create Group Conversations:
1. On the Conversations Tab (
), on the Conversations List, do one of the following:
), on the Conversations List, do one of the following:◦ In Zinc Desktop or Zinc Web, in the top right corner, click New Message (

).◦ In Zinc Mobile, in the bottom right corner, on the Mode (
) menu, tap Message (

) menu, tap Message ().2. Add the users you want to include in your new Group, and then compose and send your Message to begin the Conversation.

To get the attention of other Group members, you can use mentions. When you enter the @ symbol before the names of people you want to alert, they receive notifications.
