Working With Sync Monitoring
After you configure and run initial and real-time sync, you can monitor sync status in any of the following ways.
• To check initial sync status, you can view application logs in Max Designer after you start to run initial sync.
• To check real-time sync status, you can view HTTP Notifications in Max Admin and Outbound Queue records in Salesforce.
• You can also use the Data Sync Monitor Dashboard in Max Admin to monitor real-time sync status.
