Working With Sync Monitoring
After you configure and run initial and real-time sync, you can monitor sync status in any of the following ways.
To check initial sync status, you can view application logs in Max Designer after you start to run initial sync.
To check real-time sync status, you can view HTTP Notifications in Max Admin and Outbound Queue records in Salesforce.
You can also use the Data Sync Monitor Dashboard in Max Admin to monitor real-time sync status.
