You can grant permissions to users and groups. When you create permissions, keep in mind that each permission record can be assigned to only one user or group. For example, you can create permissions to grant dispatchers view and edit access to Jobs that are available for assignment to a specific Service Team. As another example, you can create permissions to grant Crew Managers edit access to Job information for the Appointments assigned to their Crews.
