Working With Roles
You can create an unlimited number of custom roles to control Service Board data and feature access as your needs dictate. For example, you can create a role to grant read-only access to provide the sales team with visibility into account service frequency and technician notes on the condition of assets at a customer location. To further refine access control, you can combine roles with groups. For example, you can create a group to grant dispatchers access to Resources and Crews assigned to specific Service Teams.
