Service Board AI gives administrators one place to manage AI actions and gives dispatchers AI-assisted actions in the scheduler. The AI Console centralizes how you review, copy, verify, and activate supported AI actions.

Service Board AI is a separately licensed Production Beta feature. The feature is disabled by default, and you must purchase a ServiceMax AI license before you can enable this functionality.

The Service Board AI Console is a centralized administration interface within Service Board Admin for managing AI-powered actions. From the AI Admin Console, administrators can:
• View available AI actions and their status
• Copy an out-of-the-box (OOTB) AI action to create a customized version
• Edit custom instructions for a copied AI action
• Verify instructions before saving, enable or disable AI actions
• Delete custom AI actions that are no longer needed

Administrators cannot directly create AI actions, but can create only by copying an existing OOTB AI action.
