Hiding Resource and Crew Avatars
By default, avatars for Resources and Crews appear in Scheduler Resource Lists, Map Resource Lists, and Project Resource Lists. You can configure the Show Resource and Crew Avatar setting to hide these avatars.

• On the Crew Manager tab, avatars are always visible regardless of whether you enable or disable them on the Scheduler, Map, and Project tabs.
• In cases where avatars are enabled and Resource Badges are configured on your Service Board instance, avatars appear for all Resource Cards on the Scheduler Resource List in all Resource Recommendation and Appointment Proposal results, and badges appear inside the avatars for Scheduler Resource List entries that match defined Resource Badge rules.
• If avatars are disabled, Resource Recommendation or Appointment Proposal results appear without avatars. However, if one or more Resources in the results match configured Resource Badge Rules values, those Resources appear with avatars and Resource Badges, and all other results have avatars without Resource Badges.

To hide Resource and Crew avatars:
1. In Max Designer, on the Administration (
