Enabling Jeopardy Browser Notifications
You can enable the Broadcast Jeopardy Status Changes system job to send browser notifications to all users when changes in jeopardy status are detected. When this system job is enabled, Jobs or Appointments for which the currently logged-in user has permissions are checked every 5 minutes for jeopardy status changes that occurred since the previous round of checks. If jeopardy status changes are found, the Refresh Job List icon appears in orange and a notification is shown.
To enable jeopardy browser notifications:
1. In Max Admin, click System Management () > System Management > System Jobs, and then in the list view, click Broadcast Jeopardy Status Changes.
2. On the record page, on the System Info tab, select the Active check box, and then optionally, on the Overview tab, in the Trigger Interval field, configure the interval at which you want this System Job to run.
3. In the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
