Enabling Jeopardy Browser Notifications
You can enable the Broadcast Jeopardy Status Changes system job to send browser notifications to all users when changes in jeopardy status are detected. When this system job is enabled, Jobs or Appointments for which the currently logged-in user has permissions are checked every 5 minutes for jeopardy status changes that occurred since the previous round of checks. If jeopardy status changes are found, the Refresh Job List icon appears in orange and a notification is shown.
To enable jeopardy browser notifications:
1. In Max Admin, on the System Management () launchpad menu, expand the System Management section and click System Jobs, and then in the list view, click Broadcast Jeopardy Status Changes.
2. On the record page, on the System Info tab, select the Active check box, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close ().

When jeopardy notifications appear and the Job List is not refreshed promptly, in some cases, the Jeopardy icon is shown on Jobs and Appointments, but tooltips do not appear.
By default, the system job runs at 5-minute intervals, so notifications can be delayed in cases where a change is made immediately after job execution. You can configure a different time interval value in the Trigger Interval field.
