Editing Service Tasks
You can edit Service Tasks to reassign them to different Resources.

If you clear the Resource field in a Service Task, the Service Team and Scheduled Date Time fields are also cleared. If the related Appointment is in a non-end state, it is canceled.
If you use the Resource field to reassign a Service Task to a different Resource, the Service Team field value is updated and the Scheduled Date Time field is cleared/ If the related Appointment is in a non-end state, it is canceled.
To edit a Service Task:
1. On the Job List, on the target Service Task Card, click Service Task Menu () > Edit Service Task.
2. In the Edit Service Task dialog box, modify the field values as needed, and then in the bottom right corner, click Save.
