Configuring the Maximum Number of Records in Resource and Crew Lists
To mitigate potential network delays or performance concerns, you can configure the maximum total number of Resources and Crews that can be included in the following Resource Lists and Crew Lists:
Scheduler Resource List
Map Resource List
Crew List
Project Resource List
To configure the maximum number of records in Resource and Crew Lists:
1. In Max Designer, on the Administration () launchpad menu, click Settings, and then in the list view, click Maximum Records in Resource and Crew Lists.
2. On the record page, in the Default Value field, update the value, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close ().

The preconfigured default value is 200, and you can configure values from 0 to 500.
When this setting is configured with a value of 0, the Maximum List View Records field value in the active System Setting record is applied by default.
