Resetting Resource and Crew Assignments
You can use the Reset Resource/Crew option to remove assigned Resources, Service Teams, and Crews from previously dispatched Jobs. When you use this option, Appointments for the associated Job are canceled, and the following Job record fields are cleared:
• Resource/Crew
• Scheduled Time (if the Job returns to initial status at reset)

The Multi-Resource field in Job records is cleared in cases where no Resource is assigned, or where there is only one Resource with a completed Appointment in final status.

To reset Resource and Crew assignments:
1. In the
Scheduler tab, on the
Job List, click a
Job Card, and then on the
Job Action Menu (
), click
Reset Resource/Crew.
2. In the confirmation box, click Yes.
