About First Scheduled Time Tracking
Service Board supports tracking the times at which Jobs are first scheduled for reporting purposes.
In Salesforce, the Job object has a Date/Time field, First Scheduled Time, that is auto-populated with the time at which the first Appointment is scheduled for Job records. When users create Appointments, if this field is empty, the Set Job First Scheduled Time operation sets the field value to the current date and time. Initial sync for Appointments does not set this field, and real-time sync for Job records sets the value only when the field is empty. When users cancel and reschedule Appointments, the First Scheduled Time field is populated with the current date and time only if empty, and any existing values in this field are left unchanged.
