About Service Board Configuration
When you start using Service Board, your organization’s master and transactional data, along with work order, Resource, and account information, is synchronized from Salesforce to the Max platform. You can then configure the information that appears on the Scheduler, Map, and Crew Manager tabs by using the Max Designer and Max Admin applications. In each of these tabs, you can configure the way that Service Board organizes and displays a broad range of information about Jobs and Resources, as well as the environment that helps users focus on important priorities and confidently make decisions.
