Service Board System Configuration
After your new Service Board instance is created and initial data sync from Salesforce to Max is complete, you can configure your new system. Whenever you make configuration changes that affect search results, you should rebuild the search index. Additionally, you can configure system announcements to appear to targeted users in their preferred language after they log in.
You can configure many options that affect Service Board behavior and logic. To override some of these settings and provide a personalized experience for specific users, you can set user preferences at the record level. To customize your Service Board instance, you can enable users to personalize the colors they see in their individual views.
