Task Management
The Service Tasks, when configured by the back-office agents, are also available in the Go app for the technicians to perform the configured tasks on an installed product linked to a Work Order record. Tasks are grouped by Work Plan templates for an associated Service Product or Work Order. They can also configure Tasks directly on Work Order.

Technicians can access the Tasks from the standard Appointment Details screen. They can also access the Service Product records and Tasks from the Actions menu.
Technicians can change the status of the tasks with a single tap. They can upload attachments and update service notes in a task. They can also generate PDFs and launch the configured SFMs to update the linked Work Order or Installed Product record.

Barcode and QR Code Scan Configuration in Mobile Console
A barcode scan configuration option has been introduced in Mobile Console under the Group Settings Manager. Administrators can now enable or disable the barcode widget across the screens in the Go app. The widget enables technicians to access the barcode widget quickly to scan a QR code and perform the required actions from the scan results.
Administrators can also configure to allow searching for specific objects such as Installed Product, Product, RMA or Shipment, and Depot Queue Item. Administrators can also configure the fields that are displayed for a search result. This enables technicians to get the relevant results when they scan a barcode.

The barcode widget is now available on all screens in the Go app. If enabled by the administrator, technicians can tap the floating menu icon at the bottom of the screen to select the barcode widget.
Technicians can scan barcodes and perform various quick actions on the selected record.
The search result now displays the list of actions for the selected record as configured through the record object. Technician can tap and launch the relevant screen directly from the scan result. It reduces the number of clicks for technicians to perform the required actions and increases their productivity.
