The ServiceMax Go 14.0 release strengthens task execution control, parts management, and data accuracy across field operations. Technicians can now enforce task dependency rules within Work Orders, add parts directly from tasks with automated return order creation for serialized swaps, and benefit from improved timesheet calculations and Issue Reporting at the Service Product level. Notification management gains bulk read support and smarter handling of Configuration Sync update notifications. It also improves iOS responsiveness with background data download from push notifications.
